Step-by-Step Check-In Guide:

1. Arrival and Parking: Upon arriving, head to the driver’s entrance. If a dock is immediately available, you’re clear to back in. If not, simply line up, and you'll be directed to an open dock as soon as one becomes available.
   
2. Digital Registration: At the sign-in station, you'll enter your driver's license, name, company, and load number or zip code into our system. This quick digital check-in helps us prepare for your load and streamlines the entire process.
   
3. Badge and Notification: Once you’ve checked in, a badge will print out, and our warehouse team will be alerted that you are ready to go. This badge ensures that everyone on site can identify you as a verified driver, enhancing security and communication.
   
4. Safety First: After backing into the dock, please chock your wheels and then head back inside. This safety step is crucial and must be completed before we start loading or unloading your truck.
   
5. Relax While You Wait: While our team loads or unloads your truck, feel free to grab a Coke from the vending machine or use the restroom facilities. Your comfort during the wait is important to us.
   
6. Final Steps: Once your truck is loaded or unloaded, a member of our warehouse team will return with your paperwork, ready for your signature. After that, you’re all set to hit the road again, paperwork in hand.
